Original Species: Peekyu - Species Reference Sheet

Peekyu's are a very tiny species of Fairy Kittens ((babies are usually only half a centimeter tall and a centimeter long, whereas adults can range from heights of 2-5 centimeters and lengths of 3 to 6 centimeters)). They can either be feral/wild, the familiars of magic users, or - most commonly - the pets/companions of fairies and/or pixies. 

Each Peekyu has an orb - or some sort of growth/appendage - on their forehead from which they draw psychic or mystical powers. They have another orb very similar in function - but are usually much larger - located at the very end of their thin, long, string-like tails. Powers and abilities vary from Peekyu to Peekyu. 

They, very much like fairies and pixies, have wings, enabling them with the gift of flight. They are commonly similar in appearance to the wings of butterflies, moths, dragonflies, and more. Their wingspan is never very big ((rarely growing more than three or four centimeters)) even for the biggest of wings. The wings - of course - are located on the back of the Peekyu, just underneath their fluff collar.
